    About WYSPR

WYSPR isn’t your typical UGC agency. We’re a VC-backed, tech-led startup that’s redefining how brands activate influence - not through polished endorsements or celebrity deals, but through real customers creating content they actually believe in.

We’ve built a proprietary platform to help brands like Unilever, Mars, and Panasonic create authentic content at scale, powered by everyday customers, creators, and advocates. Now, we’re entering our next chapter, and you could be key to it.

We’re looking for a Campaign & Client Strategy Lead to step into a central role leading our creative strategy and client success. You’ll take the reins from one of our founders, giving us space to refocus on building the next generation of our tech.

This isn’t just an agency job. It’s a strategic leadership opportunity at the heart of a fast-scaling startup. If you want to do more than execute briefs, if you want to help shape the future of a category, read on.

    Key Responsibilities

As our Strategy Lead, you’ll own the full strategic lifecycle of our campaigns, from onboarding to wrap-up, while helping shape the broader client experience.

    Strategy & Planning

    • Turn onboarding insights into razor-sharp campaign strategies and creative briefs

    • Collaborate with clients to refine campaign direction, tone, and content formats

    • Define creator profiles, messaging angles, and content style per campaign

    • Propose content formats (scripted, UGC, educational, performance-led) aligned to objectives

    Creative Oversight

    • Guide creator selection and content approvals with clear, brand-aligned direction

    • Review all creator output and shape high-performing content that drives results

    • Maintain high creative standards across every platform and format

    Client Success & Performance

    • Lead campaign onboarding and act as the strategic point of contact for clients

    • Analyse content performance and spot patterns across creators, formats, and channels

    • Create clear, strategic wrap reports and share learnings internally + externally

    • Help evolve our campaign process as we scale — improving tools, systems, and outputs

    What We’re Looking For

    • 3+ years in creative strategy, influencer/UGC marketing, or social content planning

    • Deep working knowledge of TikTok, Reels, Shorts, and platform-native content

    • Strong writer and thinker: you can craft clear briefs, scripts, and strategic comms

    • Confident with clients and comfortable owning strategic relationships

    • A love of creator culture and a strong sense of emerging trends

    • Highly proactive - you lead, not wait to be led

    Bonus Points

    • Experience writing scripts or working with creators on social-first video content

    • Prior work in an agency or content studio

    • Performance marketing knowledge or paid media experience

    Why Join WYSPR?

    • Work with global brands and next-gen creators

    • Play a core role in a fast-scaling startup — not just an agency

    • Direct mentorship from founders, and fast-track to strategy leadership

    • Flexible working (remote/hybrid)

    • Equity potential: grow with us as we scale to the next level

    • Propose content formats (scripted, UGC, educational, performance-led) aligned to objectives

    Creative Oversight

    • Creator selection and approval, ensuring they align to the creative direction of any given campaign

    • Review all content created by creators, providing clear feedback and direction

    • Shape final revisions and ensure content is aligned with the approved brief and brand tone

    • Maintain high creative standards across every asset

    Reporting & Insights

    • Spot creative trends and top-performing formats for reporting

    • Draft campaign wrap reports using Canva templates

    • Share strategic learnings with internal team and clients for optimisation

    What We’re Looking For

    • 2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, creative strategy, or UGC content planning

    • Exceptional writing skills (briefs, scripts, strategic copy)

    • Creative thinker who loves turning brand goals into punchy, platform-native ideas

    • Highly organised, efficient, and proactive; you can handle multiple campaigns at once

    • A sharp eye for social trends, content fatigue, and what cuts through the scroll

    Bonus Points

    • Experience writing scripts or working with creators on social-first video content

    • Prior work in an agency or content studio

    • Knowledge of performance metrics and paid social strategy

    • A strong personal interest in creator culture, social trends, or TikTok performance marketing

    Benefits

    • Work with top-tier global brands and creative talent

    • Be part of a fast-growing start-up reshaping how brands connect with audiences

    • Flexible working culture (hybrid or remote)

    • Opportunity to grow into a senior creative or strategy leadership role
